I could live in Taipei. It’s almost as if the people here cherry-picked all the qualities you could ever want in a city and iced their mesmerizing metropolis with them. It has everything…a city center littered with mouth-watering night markets that all offer their own flavour, bustling outer districts decorated with glowing red lanterns that make you feel like you’re taking a stroll through the spirit world in Spirited Away, and a national park far from the noise of the city that is so peaceful that you won’t believe it’s only an hour bus ride away.

Taipei is like a city made of all the different types of fireworks you could imagine.
